3rd Annual City of Norco Horsetown Parade of Lights Come on down to Horsetown USA Saturday December 1, 2007 5 PM Non-Motorized and or Horse Drawn only. Every float and or entry will creatively use holiday lighting. While other Cities have canceled there Holiday Parades the Spirit is alive and well in Norco Horsetown USA California.
