Wow where do I start, well I called Doug Beaver after I was looking for property online. From the beginning he has shown me the property no matter what commision or where it was located. Our first one was on a cold rainy day and he was there. I finally made an offer on a home and still did not feel right about it. So per Doug's insistance we canceled while we could under contract. Then I found the perfect home, but it was a short sale.
